Too many conversations blame their computers for the breakdown of communication or the fallacies of program updates.

Why is it that we give in to what we actually have control over?

Think about it. There are more ways than one to communicate. If there is an email malfunction, why not a phone call?

We as a society have become too comfortable in leading from behind. Why not let someone else clean up the mess.

• Is this really stepping into your leadership?
• Is this the way your life can influence another?

Whether you want to own it or not, you are a leader in all areas of your life. The question then becomes, "How you are choosing to lead?"

• You can be one who sits on the bench.
• You can be the one who is cheering on the sidelines.
• You can be the one calling those to rise to their potential.

It's time to recognize that you are a leader. Start with what you know and multiply the magic.

Growing as a leader takes time, consistency, and patience. It takes personal awareness and readiness to take A.I.M. as you learn.

However, you don't have to wait to feel like you've arrived as a leader, you can use what you have now.

Multiply the magic!

1. Own where you fall. All of us make mistakes. But when you own where you fall, you have an opportunity to bounce back quicker.
2. Share where you excel. You have strengths. Share them with your family, colleagues, and friends.
3. Ignite from the heart. The greatest gift you can give is what comes from the heart. No technological or scientific advances can replace what comes from your heart. Take A.I.M. on what matters most.
